This isn't TOO dissimilar to my standard breakfast. I have a fondness for the thick, creamy nature of Greek yogurt. I add fresh fruit to it, that varies depending upon what's in season. Almonds would be a good addition. Never have tried natural honey, but I could easily give that a go. That's interesting about cinnamon, goodness knows I need a mental boost about now. Great hub, Marlin!

It looks very nice, and is undoubtedly good for you, but I think I will stick to my bacon and cheese toasted sandwich for now.
By the way, where do you get natural raw honey, if you dont keep bees?
